Convert HTML Template to Arabic

I already own a complete HTML website template and simply need it localised into Arabic. The job is two-fold:

1. Strip the existing structure down to just three pages—الصفحة الرئيسية (Home), صفحة الخدمات (Services) and صفحة الاتصال بنا (Contact Us)—while keeping all links, menus and assets fully functional.
2. Translate every visible string exactly as it appears now without rewriting or expanding content. All layout elements must flip to right-to-left, including navigation, text alignment, and any CSS that affects direction.

Deliverables
• Three self-contained, responsive HTML pages in Arabic (Home, Services, Contact).
• Updated navigation and internal links reflecting the new, shorter site map.
• RTL-ready CSS and, if necessary, mirrored images/icons to suit Arabic reading flow.
• A single zipped folder with the revised HTML, CSS, JS and assets, ready to upload.
