Contractor Marketplace Web Platform

I need a web platform that serves two distinct user groups—contractors and subcontractors—yet keeps their experiences tightly integrated in a single, responsive application.
On the contractor side, users must be able to create a detailed profile, post new jobs quickly, and search the directory of available subcontractors with real-time filtering. Subcontractors, in turn, will complete their own profiles, browse or search open jobs, and publish short “available for hire” notices that surface in a shared market feed. Both sides should see each other’s posts in that feed without exposing any administrative screens.
Every profile has to capture experience, skills, past projects with reviews, contact details, and an upload area for the legal documents I require before work begins. Think clean, step-by-step forms with validation so nobody can skip mandatory fields.
Core deliverables
• Fully responsive web app with separate contractor and subcontractor dashboards
• Shared market/feed page displaying job posts and availability notices in chronological order, filterable by trade, location and project size
• Secure profile management module supporting document uploads (PDF, PNG, JPEG) and role-based privacy
• Advanced search for contractors to discover subcontractors, and for subcontractors to discover jobs
• Admin back-office to verify documents, flag content and manage user roles
Acceptance criteria
• All listed features function smoothly on desktop and mobile
• Form validation prevents incomplete submissions and enforces required uploads
• Search returns accurate, ranked results within two seconds
• Deployed to a cloud host of your choice with HTTPS and database backups enabled
Preferred stack is up to you—React, Vue or Angular on the front end paired with Node, Laravel or Django on the back are all fine—just choose something stable, well-documented and easy to maintain. APIs should be RESTful and cleanly documented so future integrations are straightforward.
