Consulting Service Site with Payments
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m setting up a new consulting-and-professional-services brand and need a clean, modern website that lets visitors book appointments and pay on the spot. The core of the build is a friction-free booking engine tied to my calendar so clients can see real-time availability and reserve a slot without back-and-forth emails.
Key points I must have
• Calendar integration: the booking tool has to sync seamlessly with Google or Outlook so any change I make is reflected on the site instantly.
• Secure payments: clients should be able to check out with credit/debit cards or PayPal, with all transactions processed over SSL and recorded in an admin dashboard I can export to CSV.
I’m flexible on the tech stack—WordPress with a solid booking plugin, Webflow plus Zapier, or a lightweight React/Vue front end linked to Stripe and PayPal are all fine—as long as the final product is fast, mobile-first, and easy for me to update content without touching code.
Deliverables
1. Responsive website design (home, services, about, contact, booking pages)
2. End-to-end booking flow connected to my calendar
3. Payment gateway setup and sandbox testing for cards and PayPal
4. Basic SEO and on-page performance optimisation (lazy loading, minified assets)
5. Walk-through documentation or short Loom video covering how I edit pages, view bookings, and issue refunds.
Acceptance criteria: the site loads under 3 s on mobile (PageSpeed Insights), test bookings hit my calendar instantly, and test payments settle successfully in both Stripe and PayPal sandboxes.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s talk timelines and deployment preferences—GitHub, cPanel, or a managed host are all options.
