Construction Procurement Marketplace Prototype

I’m ready to turn a concept into a working prototype for a digital marketplace that streamlines business-to-business purchasing in the construction sector. The goal is to connect government agencies and private contractors with vetted suppliers while staying fully aligned with the Public Procurement Act.
Scope of the prototype
The build must let Buyers automate the entire procurement cycle, track compliance in real time, and view supplier-performance metrics without leaving the platform. Suppliers, on the other side, need intuitive tools for product-listing management, order tracking, and prompt bid submission. A lightweight Admin panel should sit on top so I can monitor transactions and enforce policies.
Key workflows to demonstrate
• Buyer journey: create a requisition, invite bids, compare offers, award, and generate a compliant audit trail.
• Supplier journey: publish catalogue items, receive invitations, submit bids, confirm orders, and update delivery status.
• Admin journey: approve new suppliers, flag non-compliant activity, and pull basic reports.
Deliverables
1. Clickable web prototype (desktop first) showing the full buyer and supplier flows described above.
2. A concise architecture brief outlining how the prototype could scale into a production system.
3. Source files (Figma, React, or another front-end framework––I’m open) plus setup instructions so I can demo the build internally.
Acceptance criteria
• Each core workflow is navigable end-to-end without dead links or placeholder screens.
• Compliance checkpoints are visible at every buyer decision point.
• Suppliers can complete a bid in three steps or fewer.
• Handover package runs locally with a single command.
