Comprehensive School Management Web App

I’m building a single, web-based workspace that lets a school or university handle its entire daily operation—students, teachers, administration, outside employers and even finance staff—from one secure login.

Student Management
The platform must let me record and monitor everything a registrar would normally keep in separate systems:
• Attendance tracking that flags absences in real time
• A grade book teachers can update from any device
• Rich student profiles that grow with every new term

Teacher Management
Faculty should have their own toolkit inside the same app:
• Automated scheduling and timetables tied to rooms and courses
• Performance reviews that administrators can complete and archive digitally
• Built-in communication tools so teachers, students and parents stay in sync without resorting to third-party apps

Beyond those essentials, the architecture needs to leave room for administrative dashboards, employer partnerships and full financial management (fees, billing, scholarships, accounting reports). A role-based permission system, responsive design and solid data security are non-negotiable.

Deliverables I expect
1. A fully functional, browser-based application with the modules above wired together
2. Source code, database schema and installation guide
3. Basic user documentation so staff can onboard themselves

Stack choice is open as long as it’s mainstream and well documented; feel free to propose the framework you’re most productive in. I value clean code, straightforward UX and clear communication throughout the build.
