Comprehensive IPTV Platform Build

I’m ready to kick-off an MVP-level IPTV streaming service and need a developer or small team that can carry the project from architecture to first public release.

Core scope
• Multi-platform apps: Web, Android and iOS, each able to log in, browse channels, and play streams smoothly. I’m open to later extending to Smart TVs, so keep the codebase modular.
• Subscription engine: monthly and yearly plans, recurring payments and graceful cancellation handling.
• Live TV + VOD: ingest multiple live channels, store on-demand movies/series, surface both through a clean catalogue.
• Admin dashboard with the essentials:
– Manage users and their active plans
– Control live channel metadata and status
– Upload, tag and publish VOD assets
• Security first: encrypt all streams, enforce token-based user authentication/authorization, and implement effective anti-restream measures (e.g., signed URLs or CDN tokenization).

What I expect from you
1. A realistic timeline that covers planning, development, internal QA and first launch.
2. Your preferred tech stack for front-end, back-end, transcoding and CDN—or any ready-made frameworks you’d leverage to keep costs sensible.
3. Hosting or cloud recommendations capable of sustaining high concurrent viewers without buffering.
4. A ballpark cost for the full build plus any third-party licences I should budget for.

Deliverable
A fully functioning first release deployed on my chosen hosting, source code handed over, and brief hand-off documentation so I can operate it confidently.
