Comprehensive Design Platform Development

Platform Core
The complete platform core functionality is included in the scope. This includes the public landing
website, user authentication system, user dashboard, design project management, and the ability for
users to upload branding assets such as logos, images, and fonts. Users will be able to manage
multiple design projects through their dashboard.
Design Editor
The platform will include a full visual design editor. Users will be able to move, resize, rotate, and
manage elements within their design workspace. The editor will support text editing with font and
spacing controls, image upload and manipulation, colour tools, and a complete layer management
system including bring forward, send backward, lock, and hide functionality.
Most importantly, the artwork will remain fully layered and editable, not flattened images. This
ensures the designs remain suitable for professional production workflows.
Template System
The system will support both vehicle templates and signage templates.
Vehicle templates will include multiple vehicle types such as vans, trucks, and cars with proper
surface mapping (side, rear, roof where applicable). Signage templates will include shop signboards,
billboards, window graphics, and wall graphics.
Templates will be scaled correctly so artwork fits accurately onto each surface, allowing realistic
previews while maintaining correct proportions for production.
AI Design Generation
The AI module will generate structured design layouts rather than simple image outputs. The AI
system will provide:
• Multiple design layout concepts
• Logo placement suggestions
• Layout composition logic
• Colour palette suggestions
• AI regeneration or revision capability
All AI-generated designs will produce editable layered design structures, meaning:
• Text objects remain editable
• Vector shapes remain editable
• Artwork is structured in layers suitable for production editing
This ensures the AI output integrates properly with the visual design editor.
Design Version System
Users will be able to save versions of their designs, duplicate designs, and restore previous versions
from their design history.
Approval Workflow
The platform will include a structured submission workflow where users can submit designs for
approval. Administrators will be able to review designs, approve them, reject them, or request
revisions. A commenting system will allow feedback directly within the design review process.
Production Export
Approved designs can be exported as production-ready files including:
• PDF
• SVG
• AI-compatible vector formats
The export system will support proper production requirements including bleed areas and printready output formatting.
Admin Panel
The admin panel will include full management capabilities including:
• User management
• Template management

• Production export control
