Responsive website with public pages (About, Facilities, Events, Membership, Contact) and secure member login/dashboard integrated with backend systems.
2. Membership Management
Support 15 membership types, onboarding/approvals, subscription tracking, renewals, billing, and payment history.
3. POS Integration
Integrate with Pocket POS to sync member transactions, billing, and reporting.
4. Event Management
Create/manage events: member-only, member-sponsored guests, and open guest events. Includes registration, ticketing, payments, and attendance tracking.
5. Guest Management
Guest registration with entry fee collection, member-linked approvals, and rule-based access per event. Optional QR-based guest passes.
6. Finance & Vendor Management
Track revenue and expenditure, event-level budgeting, vendor onboarding, and payment tracking. Integrated with POS and events.
7. Access Control & FRS
Integrated system using Facial Recognition (FRS), RFID cards, and virtual ID cards. Sync member data/photos to devices, enable real-time access validation, and print RFID cards.
Track all member/guest entry-exit with timestamps, member-guest linkage, and full audit logs. Support multiple entry points.
