I need a complete car rental management platform and public booking website for my company, Rent a Car Premtimi in Kosovo.

* I must approve or reject the request from the admin dashboard
* Customer should receive confirmation only after my approval

* Multi-language website: Albanian, English and Turkish
* Contact page with Google Maps
* SEO friendly
* Fast loading speed

Important:
This is not just a simple website. It must be a full car rental management system with admin dashboard, booking approval system, contract/invoice printing and vehicle management.
