Comprehensive Airbnb Expense Tracker

I'm looking for a CPA to track all my short term rental-related expenses, including maintenance costs, utility bills, and guest-related expenses. I do not care what software is used, but should integrate seamlessly with my bank accounts, credit cards, and Hostfully.

Key Requirements:
- Track all types of expenses: maintenance, utilities, guest-related, etc.
- Integrate with bank accounts and accounting software
- Hostfully integration is a must, because we will be listed on multiple STR sites and this is our Property management software
- Accessible via a user-friendly web application

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in developing expense-tracking software
- Familiarity with Hostfully and various accounting software
- Strong web application development skills
- UI/UX design experience for intuitive navigation
