Composite Image Generation with PHP

I need a web page that generates a composite image of a background image and a QR code.

Requirements:
- Background image fetched from a MySQL database.
- QR code generated using PHP QR Code library from a string (image ID + user ID).
- User ID provided from a session variable.

Ideal Skills:
