Complete Wedding Website Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to launch a web-based platform that lets engaged couples manage every detail of their big day in one place—much like withjoy.com, invitatis.com or fixdate.io, but with my own branding and feature set.
Core modules I need built:
• Invitation & RSVP hub with automated RSVP reminders as the centerpiece. Couples should be able to design or import simple invites, email or share them, and watch confirmations roll in automatically.
• Planning calendar that tracks events, payment deadlines, and vendor appointments, sending alerts as dates approach.
• Seating chart creator where users can drag-and-drop guests onto tables and export a printable layout.
• Task manager that breaks the wedding journey into to-do lists (budgeting, dress fittings, décor, etc.) and lets couples assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Photo sharing workflow: unique QR codes for guests to scan, upload pictures, and browse a moderated gallery.
• Dashboard analytics so couples can see RSVPs, task completion, and guest interactions at a glance.
I’m open to frameworks—React, Vue, Laravel, Django, or another modern stack—as long as the result is mobile-responsive, secure, and easily maintainable. Clean UI/UX is a must; feel free to propose libraries or template engines that speed development without sacrificing polish.
Final hand-off should include:
1. Source code in a Git repo with clear commit history.
2. Installation and deployment guide (Docker or comparable).
3. Brief video or written walkthrough for admins.
4. One round of post-launch tweaks for critical fixes.
If you’ve built event-planning or booking tools before, show me. Let’s create the go-to wedding website couples love to use.
