Complete Social Networking Webapp Development

I’m building a pan-India social-networking platform that will launch first in Bangalore and then scale nationwide. The site must let users schedule appointments, book paid or free consultations, and match with freelancers or jobs—all in one place. I’m looking for someone who can take the idea from concept to production, covering both the customer-facing experience and the behind-the-scenes infrastructure.
Here’s what the project needs to deliver:
• A modern, mobile-first front-end with a clean, intuitive UI/UX
• A secure, scalable back-end with REST/GraphQL APIs that power real-time messaging, appointment slots, consultation sessions, and a matching algorithm
• Seamless payment-gateway integration (Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, etc.) for subscriptions and pay-per-booking transactions
• Firewall configuration, WAF rules, and best-practice hardening baked into the stack
• Cloud deployment—AWS, GCP, or Azure—with CI/CD so new features roll out smoothly nationwide
• A detailed setup and deployment plan so future updates stay hassle-free
Acceptance criteria
1. Page loads under two seconds on 4G across Indian tier-2 cities
2. Payment callbacks work end-to-end and remain PCI-DSS compliant
3. A pen-test shows no critical or high vulnerabilities before launch
4. “One-click” deployment provisions a fresh environment in under 30 minutes
