Complete Recruitment Platform Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want to build a full-featured recruitment website that offers the same smooth experience people expect from Indeed or Naukri, but tailored to my own brand. The build must be clean, fast, and set up for the long run because I will rely on your company for lifetime support, maintenance, and future feature extensions.
Core user roles
• Employers – dedicated dashboard to post vacancies, manage incoming applications, and view detailed job-seeker profiles.
• Administrators – full control panel for user, content, and payment oversight, plus site-wide analytics and moderation tools.
Essential workflows
Employers need to publish jobs in minutes, track applicant pipelines, and drill into résumé data without touching the database.
Job seekers (public-facing visitors) must be able to search openings, upload their résumés, and submit applications through a friction-free form that works just as well on mobile as on desktop.
Administrators monitor everything, set feature flags, and push urgent updates instantly.
Technical expectations
• Modern, scalable stack (e.g., React/Next, Laravel, Django, or comparable) with REST or GraphQL APIs you can maintain indefinitely.
• Advanced search and filtering—ElasticSearch or similar—so results load under a second even at scale.
• Secure authentication, role-based access control, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Fully responsive front-end, cross-browser tested, and optimized for Core Web Vitals.
• Source code in Git, CI/CD pipeline to my cloud host, and clear documentation so future devs can jump in.
Deliverables
1. Production-ready website deployed on my server/domain.
2. Admin and employer dashboards matching the feature set above.
3. Source code repository with readme, environment setup, and database schema.
4. Post-launch: lifetime support agreement covering bug fixes, security patches, and reasonable feature evolution.
Acceptance criteria
• All listed features operate reliably across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and current mobile browsers.
• Page load <2 s on a typical 4G connection for jobs search with 10k+ postings indexed.
• Zero critical bugs during a two-week live pilot with real employers posting and applicants applying.
If your team has a proven track record delivering similar high-traffic recruitment platforms and can commit to ongoing support, I’m ready to review your proposal and timeline.
