Complete Healthcare Website Build & Launch

I want to start from a blank sheet and finish with a live, production-ready healthcare website. The build must cover everything: architecture, UI/UX, coding, testing, deployment, and a clear, step-by-step hosting guide I can follow later.

Core modules I expect in the finished site:
• Appointment booking system that lets patients choose providers, dates, and times, then sends confirmations.
• Secure patient portal where registered users can log in, view their information, and communicate with the clinic.
• A medical blog section I can update easily for news, articles, and SEO.

The look and feel should be clean, modern, fully responsive, and accessible. Please set up all roles (patient, admin, editor) with the right permissions, and build the database to support them. Good performance, encryption in transit, and basic onsite security best practices are mandatory.

I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it’s mainstream (think React, Vue, Laravel, Django, WordPress with custom plugins, etc.) and future-proof. Source code has to be version-controlled from day one and handed over at the end.

Deliverables I will review:
1. Fully functional website with the three modules above working end-to-end.
2. Source code repository with clear commits and README.
3. Written deployment & hosting guide that shows how to set up the environment, database, SSL, and go live.
4. Brief admin manual so I can manage content and users without calling a developer every time.
