The external agency I hired has only laid the foundation of my website, so the project is still at the initial-development stage. I need you to step in, coordinate directly with their team, and drive the build through to a polished launch-ready product.
Your first task will be to review the existing codebase and timeline with the agency, then map out the remaining work for UI, user flows, admin panel, and any server-side components. Once the core site is feature-complete and thoroughly tested, I’ll confirm which payment gateway we’ll go with—PayPal, Stripe, or Square—and you will handle the full integration, including secure checkout, webhook setup, and live environment configuration.
Deliverables
• A fully functional, mobile-responsive service-booking website ready for production
• Seamless payment processing through the selected gateway, complete with test transactions and error handling
• Clear handover documentation covering code structure, deployment steps, and payment gateway credentials
