Complete Freelance Platform Features

I am looking for an experienced Web Developer to help me complete a freelancing services platform. I have already prepared the Activity Model and Class Model using Draw.io, and I need someone who can continue the development professionally and transform the models into a full, functional system.

Project Scope:

Review the existing Activity Model and Class Model (provided in Draw.io files)

Build the platform architecture based on the models

Develop the frontend and backend according to best practices

Implement user roles (client & freelancer)

Implement project posting, bidding, and service listing features

Payment workflow (basic setup only)

Dashboard for both clients and freelancers

Portfolio section where freelancers can upload and showcase similar previous work

Clean UI/UX and responsive design

Requirements:

Proven experience building web platforms (preferably service or marketplace platforms)

Strong backend and frontend development skills

Ability to convert UML models into working system architecture

Clear communication and ability to deliver on time
