Complete E-Commerce App Development

I need a full-featured e-commerce application that lets me sell physical goods end-to-end—from product discovery through delivery confirmation. Shoppers must be able to browse the catalog, drop items into a smooth-running shopping cart, save products to a personal wish list, leave product reviews, and check out securely.

For payments, the first release must support PayPal and Cash on Delivery. The gateway integration should be modular so I can add credit-card processing later without refactoring core code. After purchase, customers have to see real-time order and delivery status.

On the back end, I expect a clean admin panel where my staff can add or edit products, manage stock, set prices and discounts, process orders, and trigger shipment updates. Please use a modern, scalable stack and follow basic security best practices (HTTPS, SQL injection protection, encrypted secrets, etc.).
