Community Property Rental Portal

I’m launching a community-run site where approved hosts can advertise their houses and guests can reserve them in just a few clicks. Every listing must showcase a detailed written description, high-resolution photo gallery, and appear on an interactive map so visitors instantly know the home’s exact location. After each stay, guests leave ratings and written reviews that feed into a public score, helping us maintain trust across the platform.

On the booking side, flexibility is key: some hosts will allow instant reservations, while others will prefer to approve each request. The system therefore needs to support both flows seamlessly, together with real-time availability calendars, secure payments, and automated confirmation emails.

Hosts should enjoy a smooth onboarding wizard, profile verification, calendar and pricing tools, and a payout setup page. Guests need powerful search and filters (dates, price, location, amenities) that work perfectly on desktop and mobile. Behind the scenes, an admin dashboard will let me moderate listings, manage users, and flag anything suspicious.

I’d like the portal built with a modern stack—React or Vue on the front end, Node, Django, or similar on the back end, and a relational database. Please commit everything to Git and deploy the finished product to cloud hosting.

• End-to-end flow: create listing → search → book (instant or approval) → review
• Complete source code with setup instructions in a README
