₹15L E-Commerce Website Build

I want to commission a complete e-commerce website, built from the ground up, that fits within an overall ₹15 lakh allocation spread across clear milestones. The site must include three core features: a searchable product catalog, a secure shopping cart with multiple Indian payment options, and visible user reviews on every product page.

Beyond those essentials, the build should be fully responsive, SEO-friendly, and tuned for fast load times. I’m open to whichever stack—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom Laravel/React solution—delivers the smoothest user experience and scales well as inventory grows.
