I’m ready to turn my e-commerce idea into a fully functional web application and I’m looking for a developer who can take the project from concept to production. This is a pure software-development job focused on building a browser-based storefront with all the essentials—catalog browsing, a secure checkout flow, and an intuitive admin area for product and order management.
You’ll help me choose a modern tech stack (React, Vue, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, Laravel, etc. on the back end) and set up a scalable database. Payment-gateway integration, responsive design, and solid security practices are non-negotiable. I’ll need clean, well-documented code that I can maintain or extend later.
Deliverables
• Wireframes or mock-ups for review
• Front-end and back-end source code committed to a Git repo
• Integrated payment processing and order-tracking workflow
• Admin dashboard for inventory, pricing, and user management
• Deployment to a live server with step-by-step hand-off documentation
Acceptance criteria
• Pages load in under three seconds on 4G mobile
• All sensitive data sent over HTTPS and stored securely
• Cart, checkout, and payment flows fully tested and bug-free
• Admin actions (add/edit products, view orders) work without errors
• Clear instructions allow me to reproduce the deployment on my own
