E-Commerce Portal With Optional App

I’m ready to launch a full-featured online store and I’d like an experienced developer to take the idea from concept to production. The core deliverable is a web-based e-commerce portal that feels modern, loads quickly, and is easy for shoppers to navigate.

Here’s what I need the site to do:
• Display a product catalog with intuitive filtering and search so customers can find items fast.
• Provide a seamless shopping cart and checkout flow with payment-gateway integration.
• Offer user account management—registration, order history, saved addresses, the basics an e-commerce customer expects.

I don’t have fixed branding or page layouts yet, so I’ll rely on your UI/UX skills to craft the look and feel. If you already collaborate with a designer, great; otherwise, please include design guidance and mock-ups in your proposal so we can lock in a consistent visual identity before development begins.

Tech stack is flexible as long as it delivers solid performance and can scale—feel free to recommend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Laravel, Django, or a comparable platform, along with a reliable database and CMS/admin panel.

Mobile considerations: if the budget allows, I’d like a companion Android/iOS app that mirrors the portal’s key functions. Please break out the web build and the app build separately so I can see the cost and timeline for each.
