Colorful but formal WordPress Job Portal

I want a full-featured job portal built on WordPress that feels vibrant and engaging rather than the usual corporate grey. The core of the site must revolve around three pillars: dynamic job listings, straightforward résumé submissions, and a smooth registration flow that generates individual profiles.

Three distinct user roles have to coexist:
• Employers – with dashboards to post, edit and archive openings, plus basic analytics on views and applications.
• Job seekers – able to build a profile, upload multiple résumés, and apply in one click.
• Admin – complete oversight of listings, users and site settings through a clean back-office interface.

Design language should be creative and colourful while still maintaining clarity; think bold palettes, playful but readable typography, and plenty of white space so content breathes. Elementor or a comparable visual builder is fine, but the finished theme must remain lightweight and responsive.

Key technical expectations
• WordPress (latest stable) as the CMS, using child-theme best practice.
• Plugin stack may include WP Job Manager (or similar) for listings and an upload-friendly résumé module; whatever you choose, keep it well-documented.
• Registration and login fully integrated with WordPress user tables—no third-party SaaS auth.
• Clear separation of employer and seeker dashboards.
• Manual and automated moderation options for Admin.
