I’m kicking off a brand-new debating platform aimed at the TikTok community. At this stage I only need a lean first release, but it has to look irresistible on both mobile and desktop.

Core functions I must see
• Category-based ranking board that I can reorder manually from an admin area.
• Public signup flow where anyone adds a photo and display name.
• Each profile shows the user’s TikTok handle; clicking it opens their TikTok page in a new tab.

Visual direction
I’m after a colorful, vibrant feel built on a dark canvas with striking neon highlights—think the energy of late-night e-sports overlays. Animations and micro-interactions are welcome as long as they stay lightweight and fast.

Scope of work
1. Design and build the landing page, debate category pages, profile pages, and a simple admin dashboard for ranking management.
2. Hook up secure authentication (email or social login is fine).
3. Make every element responsive and touch-friendly; most visitors will come from mobile.
4. Deploy to a live URL and hand over all source files so I can iterate later.

Success criteria
• Fully functioning signup, profile display, and ranking reorder features.
• Clickable TikTok links verified to open the correct profiles.
• Dark-neon UI that matches the style described, rendered consistently across modern browsers.
• Clean, documented code so I can extend the site in future rounds.
