College Info Portal Clone of my own other website but with different design

I need a full-featured website that replicates the look-and-feel of popular college-listing portals while letting me host downloadable brochures and rich information pages for every institution. Each college page must present clear course details and faculty information; student reviews or admission sections are expressly out of scope for this phase.

A fast, intuitive search bar should let visitors type a course name or a college name and instantly see matching results. I’m open to the tech stack—WordPress with custom plugins, Laravel, or a modern React front-end paired with a searchable API—so long as the final site is responsive, SEO-friendly, and easy for me to update.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive clone site with a clean dashboard for adding colleges, courses, faculties, and brochure PDFs
• Search functionality covering both courses and colleges, returning results in milliseconds
• College detail template displaying course specifics, faculty bios, and a prominent brochure download button
• Basic on-page SEO setup and clear documentation so I can manage future content on my own
