Coffee Maintenance Bundle Selector Site

I want to give our café owners a smooth, modern-looking place where they can quickly tell us what machines they run and how many pounds of beans they burn through every three months, then see the maintenance bundle that matches their volume and sign up for it on the spot.

The site needs three public pages—Home, About Us and Contact Us—plus a secure area where users can register, store or edit their equipment list, and manage their subscription. An equipment database sits at the core of the workflow, so I’ll need an admin panel that lets my team add new machines, update service bundles and adjust the bean-usage logic without code changes.

After the visitor chooses a plan, a payment gateway must take the first fee and set up recurring billing automatically. Stripe or a similarly robust API is fine; I’m open to suggestions as long as payouts land reliably in our account.

I care most about a clean, modern UI, mobile-first responsiveness, and fast load times. React, Vue, Laravel, WordPress with custom plugins—use the stack you know best; just keep it maintainable and clearly documented.
