Coffee Company Website Upgrade

Theres alot with this website. upon picking a vendor and agreeing to a price, I as the marketing person for the client will have them set up an account on here and repost the project and share to the person they chose but here is the project

its a coffee companies website. there are these issues:

they site redirect is very slow and there is a story behind that.
there is a problem with the wholesale form slowness also when filling it out on mobile and desktop
they want to potentially do or make their site e commerce as well depending on the cost of that but maybe like a site like printful

Add live google reviews tab to the site
add a tutorial page
there is a lot of redundensy on the site. so that needs to be removed and also we should seo the content on it. that shouldnt be hard and can be done in chat gpt
i want them to have a heat map on their site as ell
they also need an event page
finally they need a product exactly like what they have currently using flash quotes. they need something similar but not flash quotes cause they still leads
and we have to move the about page to the front
