Build QR-Based Corporate Food Ordering MVP (2-Week Delivery) – Mollie/iDEAL – Netherlands
Project Overview
We are launching a pilot corporate breakfast & lunch ordering service in the Netherlands.
Around 10 companies will receive a QR code in their canteen. Employees scan the QR code to order breakfast or lunch for pickup or delivery.
We need a lightweight, production-ready MVP web app delivered within 2 weeks.
MVP Requirements (Strict Scope)
1. QR Ordering Per Location
• Each company has a unique QR code link
• Location is automatically identified from the QR
• Orders must be stored and reported per location
Initial rollout: 10 companies.
2. Ordering Cut-Off Times
Two daily ordering windows:
Breakfast
• Orders allowed from evening before
• Cut-off: 07:00 AM
Lunch
• Cut-off: 11:00 AM
• Fulfilment window: 12:00–13:00
Orders after cut-off should show a clear message (“Ordering closed for this window”).
3. Pickup + Delivery Option
• Pickup available always
• Delivery available only if order total ≥ €20
4. Payments (Mandatory)
• Mollie Payments API integration
• iDEAL method enabled
• Mollie hosted checkout redirect flow
• Webhook confirmation required
• Orders marked “Paid” only after webhook success
5. Commission Tracking
Each host company earns:
€0.50 per item sold
System must calculate automatically:
• Items sold per location
• Commission owed per location
• Simple export (CSV or Excel)
6. Simple Admin Panel
Admin must be able to:
• View orders
• View revenue per location
• View commission totals
• Manage basic menu items + pricing
(No advanced back-office features required in MVP)
7. Operating Days
Service runs:
Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Sunday
Hours: 07:00–14:00
Technical Preference
Fast MVP stack preferred:
• Firebase + Firestore
• React / Next.js
• Mobile-first web app (PWA optional)
Timeline Requirement
This MVP must be delivered within:
14 days
