No-Code Car Sharing Platform Development

Project Title: Build No-Code Car Sharing MVP (Similar to Turo/Airbnb, With Insurance)

I need a developer/team to build a no-code car-sharing platform (web + mobile-friendly) similar to Turo or Airbnb, but much simpler.
Features for MVP (needed by December):
User Accounts: Car owners and renters can register and log in.
Car Listings: Owners upload car details (photos, price per day, availability).
Bookings: Renters browse cars, pick dates, and book directly on the platform.
Payments: 100% online (no cash). Renter pays full rental price + my service fee + mandatory insurance fee upfront.
Insurance Integration: Insurance fee is automatically added to every booking. I need the option to set/change markup.
Payouts: Platform automatically pays owners after booking is complete (minus my service fee).
Admin Dashboard:
Manage users, cars, and bookings.
Adjust service fees and insurance markup.
Track payouts.
Receipts & Notifications: Automatic emails for booking confirmation, payment, cancellations, and payouts.
Mobile Friendly: Must work smoothly on mobile browsers (like an app).
Tech Preference: Bubble.io, Adalo, Glide, or another no-code platform.
Budget: Affordable — milestone payments only.
Deadline: MVP live by December.
