PROJECT OVERVIEW
I need a web-based QR menu and ordering system for restaurants. Customers scan a QR code at their table, browse the menu, place orders, and choose to pay online or pay cash later.
This system must support multiple restaurants, each with their own separate login and menu.

1. Customer sits at table
2. Scans QR code
3. Menu opens in browser (no app download)
4. Customer selects items
5. Customer views cart
6. Customer enters table number
7. Customer selects payment method:
• Pay Online (for future gateway integration)
• Pay Cash (order marked unpaid)
8. Order is sent to restaurant dashboard instantly

Each restaurant must have its own login where they can:
• Add/edit/delete menu items
• Add prices
• Upload item photos
• Create categories (Burgers, Drinks, etc.)
• Mark items “Out of Stock”
• Receive live orders
• See table number with each order
• Change order status:
• New
• Preparing
• Ready
• Served
• Paid

• Orders should appear in real time
• Sorted by newest first
• Clear display for kitchen use
• Simple interface (large text/buttons)
