Clinic Website With Booking

I run a doctor’s clinic and need a clean, professional website that presents the business online and makes day-to-day interactions easier for patients and staff alike.

Core features
• Real-time appointment booking that lets patients pick a slot, receive confirmation email/SMS, and update or cancel if needed.
• Secure patient portal where returning patients can log in, view basic records, and send non-urgent messages.
• Clear service information pages outlining each treatment, pricing, and FAQs.

Look & feel
The design must load fast, be fully responsive, and project a reassuring medical aesthetic—think calm colour palette, ample white space, and intuitive navigation. I favour modern UX practices and would like the layout wire-framed first (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) so we can lock the flow before development.

Tech flexibility
I’m open to WordPress (with suitable medical-grade plugins), a React/Vue single-page build, or another framework you’re comfortable maintaining; just outline why it fits HIPAA-friendly data handling and future scalability.

Deliverables
1. Approved high-fidelity mock-ups.
2. Fully developed site on a staging server.
3. Tested booking engine and patient portal with dummy data.
4. Deployment assistance to my hosting and a hand-off guide covering admin tasks, backups, and updates.

Acceptance criteria: mobile Lighthouse score ≥90, form validation working across major browsers, SSL configured, and no visible console errors.
