Clinic EMR Website Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a web-based EMR that lets my small clinic handle everything from a single browser tab. The core modules I have in mind are:
• Prescription writing – with fully customizable templates, built-in medication lookup, and secure digital signatures so I can print or email scripts instantly.
• Pharmacy management – inventory levels should update in real time, track incoming orders, and warn us automatically as expiry dates approach.
• Lab test reporting – clinicians must be able to request tests, receive results, and attach them to the patient chart without jumping between systems.
• Data analysis – simple dashboards that turn daily activity into useful statistics for workload, drug usage, and patient outcomes.
• Billing – both pharmacy items and clinical services need an integrated billing screen that supports percentage or flat-rate discounts before finalizing invoices.
The whole system has to be responsive, cloud-hosted, and secured with role-based access so doctors, pharmacists, lab techs, and front-desk staff each see only what they need. A clean interface (think React, Vue, or similar) talking to a robust back end (Node, Django, Laravel—happy to discuss) and a SQL database should be more than enough for our current scale of roughly 10 concurrent users.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Working website deployed to my hosting with admin credentials.
2. Source code in a Git repository plus brief setup documentation.
3. Two short walkthrough sessions on Zoom to make sure my team can use every feature.
