Client Login and Review Website

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a client login and review system for my website. The system should allow clients to register or log in using a one-time secure link. Once logged in, clients can submit a review via a form that includes text and their name. These reviews will be submitted for moderation, and I will have the ability to approve or reject each review through an admin dashboard. Only approved reviews should be publicly visible on the site.
