This is not a freelancing marketplace like Upwork or Freelancer. Instead, it is a client-facing platform where individuals and businesses can submit their IT project requirements directly to OpsBridges. Our internal team will review each enquiry, communicate with the client, prepare quotations, collect payments, manage project progress, and deliver the final solution.

The application should be modern, responsive, secure, and easy to use, with a clean user interface and scalable architecture.

Project Overview

The platform will include a responsive landing page where visitors can learn about our services and submit their project requirements through a prominent "Post Your Project" call-to-action.

Clients should be able to register, create their profile, submit IT project requirements, upload supporting documents, provide their estimated budget and expected timeline, and monitor the complete lifecycle of their projects from a dedicated dashboard.

Our Business Development Managers should have access to all project enquiries submitted through the portal. They will communicate with clients, understand requirements, schedule discussions, prepare and revise quotations, finalize the project pricing, raise payment requests, and update project progress throughout the engagement.

The Super Admin will oversee the entire platform, manage users, monitor projects, assign a Project Manager to approved projects, and track overall project progress.
