I’m looking for a developer who can take my rough idea and turn it into a fully functional website. The core goal is straightforward: get a modern, mobile-friendly site online quickly and set it up so I can update content without touching code.
Scope
• Structure up to five key pages (Home, About, Services, Blog, Contact) with clear navigation.
• Implement a lightweight CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable) so I can edit text and images easily.
• Use a clean, professional theme or custom layout that loads fast and follows basic SEO best practices.
• Configure contact form, social-media links, and basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions).
• Provide a short hand-off guide or screen-share walkthrough covering how to add or change content.

If you excel at subtle animations, optimized graphics, or have experience integrating simple e-commerce or newsletter signup tools, let me know—these extras could be incorporated.
