Clean & Migrate Hacked WordPress

My WordPress site was recently compromised and I now need a full clean-up followed by a migration back to my Hostgator account. I have lost access to the WordPress site. It has been hacked. I have access to the current hosting control panel and the one to which I want the site moved, it it can be refound.

I want every post, page, image, plugin setting, and user record preserved exactly as they are—nothing should be lost during the process. Once the malware is removed and the installation is secured, the entire site (files, database, email accounts, SSL, if applicable) must be moved to my Hostgator server and tested to confirm it performs exactly like the original, only without the malicious code.

Acceptance criteria
• All malicious files, links, or scripts fully eliminated and core, themes, and plugins updated.
• Security hardened (stronger credentials, cleaned .htaccess, fresh salts, recommended security plugin configured).
• Complete, working copy running on Hostgator with URLs, media, and permalinks intact.
• Final security scan shows the site is clean and loads normally from multiple devices/browsers.
