I am looking to hire a developer (freelancer or small agency)to set up and customize a classified ads website using ready-made scripts, CMS templates, or website builders** (such as Osclass, WordPress, or Laravel-based scripts).
This is not a full custom development project — you must use pre-built, ready-to-deploy solutions.
Key Goals:
* Fast setup using an existing script or template
* Minimal coding; focus on configuration, styling, and feature enablement
* Deliver a mobile-responsive site that feels like an app (PWA or responsive design)
