Classic Multi-Service Travel Website Build

I’m ready to launch a classic, elegant travel website that will showcase all the services my business offers— packaged tours, hotel rooms, camp sites, two-wheeler rentals and cab service—each on its own dedicated page.

Key sections and functions I need:
• A Packages page that lets me post and update tour bundles.
• Separate Hotel and Camp-Site pages with space for photo galleries, amenity lists and rates.
• A Rentals page for Scooty and bike hire.
• A Cab Service page featuring prominent WhatsApp and Call buttons for instant enquiries.
• Home page highlights: hero banner, “Why Us” value section, latest-blogs feed, visible contact details and a simple enquiry form (I do not need online booking or payment integration).
• A Terms & Conditions section.

Please build this on a user-friendly CMS with an admin portal so I can add or edit content myself without touching code. The overall look should feel classic and refined, with moderate section-transition animations that add polish without distracting visitors. Responsive design, clean code and fast load times are essential.

When finished, hand over:
1. Fully functional website on my hosting (or a migratable package)
2. CMS admin credentials with a brief guide on adding new packages, posts and photos
3. Source files for any graphics or animations used
