AI Chrome Product Autofill Extension
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a Google Chrome extension that taps into an AI model to recognise any online product-entry form and instantly populate it. The goal is simple: when I open a page that asks for product information, the add-on should detect the relevant fields and fill in the product name, description, pricing information, and current stock availability without manual typing.
Scope of work
• Build the extension exclusively for Google Chrome, packaged and ready for upload to the Chrome Web Store.
• Implement an AI component—whether a lightweight on-device model or a secure API call—that predicts which field is which and supplies the correct values.
• Ensure the four product data points are handled precisely: product name, product description, pricing, and stock availability.
• Include an options page where I can toggle the feature on/off and update the AI key or model if needed.
• Provide clear installation instructions and brief documentation on how the autofill logic works so I can maintain it later.
Acceptance criteria
– The extension installs in Chrome without warnings.
– On at least three common e-commerce CMS pages (you may choose the test sites), all four product details are inserted in the correct fields with one click or automatically on page load.
– No other personal data (credit cards, login credentials, etc.) is touched or stored.
Hand over the full, well-commented source code, a short README, and a demo video or GIF showing the extension in action.
