MY Chicken currently operates three company‑owned stores in Germany (Braunschweig, Hanover, Salzgitter). After standardising our processes for franchising, we now want to launch a dedicated franchise presence under my‑chicken‑franchise.com. Our existing ordering site my‑chicken.de is purely for food pickup; the new site will target potential franchisees and serve existing partners.

A. Public Website
• Custom, conversion‑optimised design in our brand style (fully responsive, fast load)  
•  Home, Q&A, History, “Why Franchise”, Facts & Figures, Application Process, etc.
•  On‑page SEO, legal pages (Imprint, Privacy)

B. Application Form
• Multi‑step online form (personal data, preferred location, liquidity, etc.)  
•  File upload (business plan, proof of funds)  
•  Double‑opt‑in confirmation  
•  Auto‑reply email and storage in a CRM‑ready database

C. Franchisee Intranet
• Secure login area with user & role management  
•  Document repository (PDFs, manuals, checklists) with search and version control  
•  Video‑tutorial section (streaming or embedded)  
•  GDPR‑compliant encryption  
•  Usage analytics dashboard  
•  Admin manual + hand‑over training

D. CMS & Content
• Install & configure a mainstream CMS (e.g. WordPress + Elementor or headless CMS)  
•  Drag‑and‑drop editor so our team can maintain the site  
•  Handover of a concise brand kit (colours, typography, UI elements)
E. Support & Maintenance (optional)
