CentralReach-Style ABA Platform
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a web–based ABA platform that feels and functions almost exactly like CentralReach, only tailored to my workflow. The interface, navigation, and overall visual presentation should mirror CentralReach so that therapists feel instantly familiar when they log in.
Core features I must have
• Robust data-collection tools: therapists will record each trial in real time, attach session notes or video, and mark baseline versus active targets with a simple ✓ or ✗.
• Automated targets and programs: once a supervisor assigns a target, the system should instantly create its description, teaching steps, and prompt hierarchy, then push it to the therapist’s dashboard for daily use.
• Client-specific dashboards: every client profile shows current targets, mastery percentages, and session history at a glance.
• Supervisor dashboard: from here I set targets, monitor fidelity, and approve mastered skills without digging through multiple screens.
• Scheduling with a session start timer: therapists clock in, the session timer starts, and all data recorded during that window ties back to that specific appointment.
Essential data-collection functionality
– Session recording (manual entry and optional video upload)
– Progress tracking with visual graphs that update automatically
– Customisable data forms so I can add new prompt levels, measurement types, or trial counts without developer help
– Trial-by-trial capture that feels identical to CentralReach’s flow
Acceptance criteria for delivery
1. A responsive website deployed on my hosting account that mirrors CentralReach’s look and layout.
2. Therapist role fully tested: schedule a session, start timer, record trials, end session, and view updated graphs.
3. Supervisor role fully tested: create a target, verify automated program generation, push to therapist, and review collected data.
4. All dashboards load in under three seconds with sample data sets.
5. Clean, well-documented code (tech stack of your choice) handed over in a private repo plus a brief video walkthrough so my in-house team can maintain it.
If you’ve built HIPAA-compliant health or education apps before—or anything resembling CentralReach—tell me. Let’s make data collection effortless for my therapists.
This website will only be used as a personal usage and not for an organization. No billing needs to be added at this time. This is solely for data collection.
