Cashback & Gift-Card Marketplace Build app

I’m putting together a web-based marketplace that merges classic cashback deals with a streamlined gift-card trading section. Shoppers can browse offers, buy cards, and automatically earn a percentage back; when their balance reaches a configurable threshold, I’ll release the cashback straight to their bank accounts, so we’ll need reliable direct-transfer integration (ACH/SEPA or a similar API you recommend).

Only buyer accounts are exposed to the public. All merchants, rates, and inventory are added from an internal admin panel, so there’s no third-party seller onboarding to worry about. What I do need is:

• A clean buyer journey—from registration and KYC, through offer discovery, checkout, and order history—wrapped in a modern, mobile-friendly front end.
• A secure back office where I can upload new cashback campaigns, load gift-card stock, set bank-transfer rules, and trigger payouts in bulk.
• Real-time tracking so buyers instantly see earned cashback alongside purchased cards.
• Robust reporting (CSV export is fine) showing total sales, pending vs. paid cashback, and card inventory.
• Standard protections you’d expect: encrypted data at rest, 2-factor login, rate limiting, and audit logs.

Tech stack is open—as long as it’s mainstream and easy to maintain. If you’re comfortable with something like Laravel + Vue, Django + React, or Node + Next, I’m happy to follow your lead. Clean code, clear documentation, and a short hand-off call once we go live will round out the engagement.
