I’m launching a student-focused career counselling startup and need a modern, sleek informative website that clearly presents who we are and what we do. The key pages I want live on day one are:

The site must load quickly, look polished on mobile and desktop, and guide visitors—mostly parents and high-school students—toward booking counselling sessions. Clean typography, intuitive navigation and strong calls to action are priorities.
Please build on a platform that lets me update content myself after launch. Basic on-page SEO, a working contact form and Google Analytics integration should be included, along with hand-over of all source files and credentials.
