Background
We offer care services to our patient. A client/family engages our services to take care of their old family/patient, we employ staff and post him/her to the patient house, our staff goes there everyday to take care of the patient, administer their drugs etc. Once a staff finish the work of the day, he/she fill details of things done on a form online. The client/family and our company can see the activities done for the staff for the day and even export the report in pdf or excel format.
Our Portal Development Requirement
We want to digitalise some of these operations, by developing a simple and Web Portal is to have it on our website – it will help us to manage your new patient application form, new staff onboarding, staff activity daily record log and also admin dashboard to see all activities. Below are the features enumerating what it will have:
How the Portal will work (Patient Family, Staff and Management)
1. Staff are registered on the portal platform with their name and picture etc.
2. Client/Family fill form (which has Care Plan – Name, date of birth, best food, hobbies etc) to request for our Recruitment service to offer care for a particular patient
3. We assign a registered staff on our website to offer the care service to the client
4. Staff login to the portal on their dashboard, then see client assigned to him/her to take care of, they visit the location and log arrival time to check-In, this automatically log the GPS location where it was logged in, time and date.
5. Upon completion of the day work of the day, the staff log in and enter all activities done on their dashboard for that particular patient. This includes medications administered, food and others for the patient and submit (form is attached)
6. The family login and see the feedback of what’s done by the staff for the patient. They can see, sort (daily, weekly, yearly, custom time) and also download the report in excel format. They will also see the name and picture of the care staff that did the work of the day.
7. Admin can login and see the feedback of what’s done for the patient. We can also download the report in excel format.
8. Admin can post News Update on the Dashboard; to share important information to all staff. It should work in a way that when a staff login, it will Pop Up so that the staff must read and close (to see important messages).
9. Admin can send Email Newsletter to all staff and all Clients/Family within the platform.
10. The website should be responsive and mobile friendly.
