I run a busy car-wash and detailing shop and I’m ready to move all scheduling online. The goal is a responsive booking and scheduling website that lets customers pick a service, choose a time slot, and receive instant confirmation—no phone calls required.

Core pages and flow
• Home with clear “Book Now” call-to-action
• Services Offered section that I can update myself (prices, packages, add-ons)
• Customer Testimonials to showcase recent reviews and photos
• Smart Booking Form that feeds directly into a calendar I can manage from desktop or mobile

Essential features
• Live chat support embedded on every page so customers can ask quick questions before booking
• Membership / loyalty program capability (recurring plans, points, or wash-pass style credits)
• Space for Special Offers & Promotions I can swap in and out for holidays or slow days

What I’ll count as done
1. Fully functional site, mobile-first, loading fast on 4G
2. Admin area where I can:
– add / edit services, prices, time slots
– post or remove specials
– view, edit, or cancel bookings
– manage loyalty members
3. Live chat set up and tested (Tawk.to, WhatsApp Business, or a comparable free solution—open to suggestions)
4. Hands-off deployment to my domain plus a quick walkthrough so I know how to run everything
