Car Service Appointment Booking System with Real-Time Notifications, Chat, Booking Tracking & Meta WhatsApp API

I am building a fully web-based appointment platform for my car service centre and need a developer who can take it from concept to deployment. Customers must be able to pick a service, choose a time slot, add vehicle details and confirm the booking through an intuitive interface that works on desktop and mobile browsers.

Real-time communication is critical. As soon as a booking is created, updated or completed, the customer should receive a WhatsApp message through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. That same channel will also power a lightweight chat so a service advisor can answer questions in one thread. No email or SMS integration is required at this stage—WhatsApp handles all notifications.

For tracking, the system should display:
• Live status updates (eg. Checked-in, In Bay, Quality Check, Ready for Pickup)
• Detailed service progress logs that the technician or advisor can append in real time
• Scheduled reminder messages that fire automatically 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment

An admin dashboard is necessary to:
• Manage services, pricing, slots and staff assignments
• View, update or cancel bookings
• Trigger manual broadcast messages to selected customers

Please build with a modern web stack that supports real-time events (Node.js with Socket.io, Laravel with Pusher, or similar). The code must be well structured, documented and ready for deployment on a standard cloud host. Final handover includes database schema, environment variables sample, step-by-step setup guide and a short video walkthrough proving the key flows: booking, WhatsApp confirmation, live status change and chat.

I will test against these acceptance criteria:
1. Booking can be made and is instantly confirmed on WhatsApp.
2. Changing the order status updates the customer screen in real time.
3. Scheduled reminders arrive at the exact intervals.
4. Two-way chat works inside the same WhatsApp thread.
5. Admin panel functions perform without errors.
