Car Rental Web & App

I want to roll out a full-featured car-rental booking system that lives both in the browser and in dedicated iOS/Android apps. Visitors must be able to browse the fleet, see live availability, reserve a car, pay online, verify their identity with a licence or passport scan, take self with ID, then leave a rating and review once the trip is complete.

For me, an admin dashboard is essential so I can add or edit vehicles, adjust prices, block dates, track payments, and pull basic reports. I’m happy with any modern stack—Laravel, Node, Django, Ruby, or equivalent on the back end; React, Vue, Angular, Flutter or React Native on the client side—as long as performance is solid and the code is well documented. An API-first approach is preferred so web and mobile share the same logic. Secure card payments (Stripe or PayPal) need to run in both test and production modes, and GDPR-compliant data handling is a must.

The project is complete once I can perform a full booking, collect payment, view the reservation in the admin panel, and trigger an automatic confirmation email—all without touching the codebase.
