Car Listings Website Creation Auto Auction Site

I’m building a new website that mirrors the clean, data-rich feel of https://autocj.co.jp/japan_car_auction, but its sole focus will be straightforward car listings rather than auctions. The key page must let visitors:

• search and filter the inventory quickly,
• read full, well-formatted car specifications, and
• reach me through an embedded contact form tied to each listing.

I want the flow, speed and mobile responsiveness on par with the reference site, yet with my own branding and copy. Please handle both the front-end presentation and the back-end logic that feeds the listings and filters; any modern framework or CMS is acceptable as long as it stays fast and easy for me to update.
