Key features:
* Configurable filters set inside the dashboard (price/year/keywords/location/radius, etc.)
*Save listings in a database, remove duplicates, track status (New / Contacted / Ignored)
*Mobile-friendly web dashboard with login, list + detail view, sorting/filtering
*Semi-automatic outreach only:
°Button to open the platform message page with pre-filled template (manual send)
°If phone is visible: button to open WhatsApp with pre-filled message (manual send)
*Basic logging/error handling
Timeline: MVP in 4–6 weeks.
