CRM Platform Redesign and Enhancement -- 2

We are looking for a skilled freelance web developer to enhance and redesign our existing CRM platform. The CRM is already developed and functional, but we want to improve its UI/UX and add new features for better business performance and usability.

Work Scope:

Redesign existing CRM for a professional, modern, mobile-friendly interface

Build a new dashboard with charts, graphs, and visual insights for company performance

Create a few new dynamic forms

Modify existing bill/invoice formats and internal document templates

Develop additional PDF/exportable documents

Integrate Map API (e.g. Google Maps) where required (for location, tagging, address autocomplete, etc.)

Implement SMS login feature (OTP-based)

Set up WhatsApp integration for automated communication


Requirements:

Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue or similar)

Strong UI/UX skills with focus on mobile responsiveness

Experience in CRM or dashboard applications

Good understanding of charts/graphs libraries (like Chart.js, Recharts, etc.)

Experience with Map APIs, SMS gateway, and WhatsApp Business API

Ability to work with an existing codebase and make modular enhancements
